I´m have the next problem;
To install my certificate and my private key in a local computer it is easy, but when i´m want remove the same certificate and the private key, only the certificate is removed!

there is any solution to remove the certificate and the private key?

As far as I know, private keys aren't stored in the registry but on the hard drive under the following folder:
"C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto"
