I experianced the same error when I upgraded to the latest seclib v1.0.13.700. This error did not occur in the last version I was using. The interesting thing to note, is that it seems to work fine when testing and debuging under .net framework version 1.0 in VS.net 2002. However, the error presents its self when building in .net framework v1.1 outside of VS.net. I have only tested this on windows 2000 pro, and I plan on testing in XP pro and home. I will update this thread when I do that. Thanks for the cool library, I hope this helps debug some issues.

BTW: The resolution posted in the thread listed above fixed the problem in at least windows 2000 pro.

I just tested this on windows xp pro. The fix in the above mentioned thread fixes the problem when built against .net framework version 1.1.
