When I use PacketMonitor , I find that it just monitor the incoming packet.It seems can't monitor the outgoing packet. Could somebody tell me why or how to solve the problem?

The more detail is that I filter all IP address except my PC's IP in destinationIP and sourceIP.And I found that it just can record the packet which is about others PC send packet to me. It can't record the packet which I send to others PC.

I have read on other forums that this is a bug with winsock in Windows XP, and it affects all clients, not just PacketMonitor. It also said it works fine on Windows 2K. However, I am running Windows XP SP2 and it works fine, so maybe it was fixed in SP2? I don't have a XP SP1 to try this out on.
