Invalid DLL or COM

Can anyone help me understand why I cannot reference Org.Mentalis.SecurityServices.dll into my VB.Net 2003 project. Everytime I try to add a reference, I keep getting a message telling me that is an invalid DLL or COM object. Thanks!

The Security Services project is a .NET 2.0 project, so you will need to use Visual Studio 2005 instead of Visual Studio 2003.
